In client work Kristen specializes in website UX and conversion optimization.

Tim O’Haver is a web guy from way back, with 20+ years of volunteer work building and managing websites for small nonprofits. He is a former Fortune 500 web team project lead; more recently, a former small agency WordPress fixer, and an enthusiastic GiveCamper.
In these Covid-19 times, Tim finds it especially inspiring to work alongside resilient and motivated volunteers in the WordPress community! In addition to helping to organize two virtual 2020 WordCamps, he is part of the WordPress.tv team, and a Google Season of Docs mentor with the WordPress.org Documentation team.
