If you are going to be parking a vehicle on UNCA campus, you will need a permit. You do not need to print the permit.

You will need to enter vehicle information, including tag number, make, model, and insurance. We advise those who are using rental cars to enter all the information they know at the time they are registering, then you can call Campus Police upon arrival at 828-251-6710 to provide the updated information. You can also register for the permit once they arrive (even on your smartphone) so that there is just one transaction. The most important piece of information, besides the driver’s name, is the tag number. This is what is used to check for valid permits in the system.
