As a content strategist with a UX focus, I help people and organizations create memorable digital experiences. In 1996, I wrote my first online stories about soccer and violated all the rules we now know about writing for the web. I provide user experience research, content strategy and content for clients nationwide. I love helping others understand UX and its importance.<\/p>\n

Previously I worked for Duke University and Bloomberg News. I gained my multimedia skills and love of usability at UNC-Chapel Hill\u2019s School of Journalism.<\/p>\n
